The following changes have been made to RiverWare DMI functionality.

Using a Control File-Executable DMI, notes on series slots can be exported or imported with the slot values using the slot_anno = true keyword in the control file. Series slot note instances now include a timestamp (see Interface Improvements). That timestamp is now also included with the note information exported to the DMI data file by an output DMI and imported by an input DMI. For an input DMI, if the data file does not include timestamp information for the note instance, it will be given a timestamp corresponding to the time of the data import, otherwise it will apply the timestamp from the data file.
