Applying Snapshots
The Apply Snapshot option copies all values from the selected snapshot and pastes them back into the corresponding source slots, along with the flags on the snapshot values and any series slot notes on the snapshot slots. This can be useful if you have created snapshots from a number of different alternative runs, and you want to quickly get back to the state from one of the earlier runs preserved with a snapshot.
Warning: The Apply Snapshot operation does not restore the entire run associated with the snapshot. It restores only the slots that were preserved with the snapshot to their values and flags from the snapshot.
To apply a snapshot, use one of the following options.
• In the Snapshot Manager, right-click on a snapshot in the Snapshots list. Then select Apply Snapshot from the shortcut menu.
• From the main RiverWare workspace or from an open SCT, select the Snapshot button. Then in the menu select Apply Snapshot, then the desired snapshot.
