Special Attention Notes and Known Issues
The section describes special attention notes that indicate changes in functionality that require you to update models, cause model results to differ, or display a warning message when you first load a model in RiverWare Version 8.4.
If you have any questions, contact RiverWare Support:
Database DMI Web Services Datasets
When importing data using the HDB web service DMI, there was an off-by-one day issue with the Pacific Northwest and Great Plains Regional Offices web services. This was filed as issue RW-6664 and addressed in RiverWare 8.3.3 and 8.4.
Release of CWMS RiverWare Plugin version 1.7
New versions of the CWMS RiverWare Plugins were released to fix the DSS DMI compatibility issue noted in the RiverWare 8.3 Release Notes. When using CWMS Version 3.2.2, we now suggest using the RiverWare plugin version 1.8 and RiverWare 8.4. The CWMS RiverWare plugin is available on the download page.
Trace Directory and Control File-Executable DMIs with Aggregate Series Slots
A Trace Directory DMI or Control File-Executable DMI did not read or set an Aggregate Series Slot's first column correctly. Now, control files that list the entire name for the first column are correctly represented in the metacontrol file. Note, in rare cases, DMIs that use the aggregate=true keyword could have changed behavior. This was filed as issue RW-6677 and fixed in RiverWare 8.3.4 and 8.4.
