The following changes were made to object user methods.
Power Reservoir - Power Coefficient Set by Rule
For the Plant Power Coefficient and Plant Efficiency Curve methods, it was previously possible to specify the Power Coefficient as an input, in which case Power was computed directly as Turbine Release multiplied by the Power Coefficient rather than interpolating from tables. Now Power Coefficient can also be set by a rule.When Power Coefficient is set by a rule, the Power computation is the same as if Power Coefficient is an input.
