Data in the SCT
The SCT is a window or view into the model. Although you can change model data and start simulation runs through an SCT, the SCT is only a representation of the underlying model data. When using the SCT to change slot values, keep the following principles in mind.
• No slot values are saved with the SCT.
• When you save an SCT, the SCT configuration is saved, not the slot values.
• To retain changes made to slot values, you must also save the model.
The time range displayed by the SCT matches the run control configuration of the model, plus a user-defined number of pre- and post-simulation timesteps.
