The following changes have been made to the System Control Table (SCT).

Previously when a SCT file was saved, certain elements could be written to the file in an arbitrary order that differed from one save to another. While this did not cause any behavioral differences with the SCT, it could make it difficult to identify meaningful differences in the file when using a version control tool such as Git. Now the order in which the elements are written to the SCT file is consistent so that only true differences will show up when comparing versions of the file with a diff tool. This does not result in any change in SCT behavior.
