The following changes have been made to Accounting functionality.

In the Reservoir Account Gain Loss category, the Abiquiu, Cochiti and Jemez Gain Loss method computations for Hold Pool were modified to include the RGConsStorageSumFinal term:

In addition, two new slots were added to each method to track the portion of the Hold Pool that is San Juan and Rio Grande water:

In addition, these gain loss method computations were improved to allow an E flag set on one of the transfers into or out of the Rio Grande water type accounts. Now, the methods use an iterative solution to converge on the Rio Grande Gain Loss.
