Welcome to the RiverWare Issue-tracking System
 
RiverWare has a new issue-tracking system built on the Atlassian JIRA platform. Each individual user will have a login and a password.
 
INSTRUCTIONS for Obtaining Access to RiverWare Issue Tracking

If you have not already received information about your login, please CLICK HERE to submit a form to request a login. You will first receive a confirmation email for the submitted request. You will then receive an invitation email within one business day with instructions to log into the system and set your password.

Once you log in, you will be able to file an issue, view other issues, and track the issues you have filed. As in the old system, you will receive emails when you file an issue, and when it is updated and closed.

Tips
Your email address will be your login ID.
From your invitation email, click on the link to set up your new password and log into RiverWare Issue Tracking.
In RiverWare Issue Tracking, you can use the “Requests” link in the upper right along with the available search filters to view issues previously filed.
To search for an issue by number, use the prefix “RW-“ with the number For example: RW-5944 finds issue 5944.
RiverWare Issue Tracking accepts attachments! Upload your attachments using paste, search, or drag and drop. To make the issue private, click on the padlock.
