CDA Web Service DMI URL Change
In the web service DMI, the CWMS Data API (CDA) base URL was changed from: https://water.usace.army.mil/cwms-data/timeseries to: https://cwms.sec.usace.army.mil/cwms-data/timeseries
Series Slot Scrolling
The slot windows, including the Slot Viewer and SCTs, now scroll to the previously selected date instead of the first timestep when a series changes or a run finishes. Additionally, the global scroll button no longer appears as active or selected after being clicked.
Reservoir Bank Storage - Added Lower Bound to Reservoir CRSS Bank Storage Method
The CRSS Bank Storage method was modified to use the Lower Bound on the Bank Storage slot. Now, the Bank Storage cannot go below that lower bound, if specified. No numerical differences are expected unless you specify a the lower bound in the slot configuration window. This change was added to address bank storage salinity calculations that became unstable if bank storage went negative.
RiverWare Issues
The following issues were addressed:
7105:	Ordering of per-user window layouts is not usually retained
7106:	Account slot convergence configuration setting is not preserved upon model reopening aside from Percent type
7108:	Reservoir Surface Area Modification used incorrect table after switching back to None
7111:	Print Statements are Executed Unexpectedly
7113:	RPL debugger performs canceled "Step Into" operation
7115:	Global Function Set throws error when loading initially
7116:	Crash in TVA model
