The Object Account Summary window's filter section was rearranged for better usability. Now, the slot filters are on the left and the orientation is on the right side of the window. This addresses issue 7170.

The following issues were addressed:

7128:	Occasional crashes occurred when reloading an accounting model.
7163:	In the SCT, the field at the top that shows the selected cell value in full precision was not refreshing after rerunning the model.
7166:	On Scripts, the Execute This Action operation was sometimes executing more than one action.
7167:	A crash occurred after an abort for an accounting model using the water rights solver.
7169:	In the Object Account Summary utility, slots were not appearing when the account was reselected under the Account Filter.
7170:	In the Object Account Summary utility, the slot filter was pushed all the way to the right. See above for more information.
7171:	The Model Comparison Tool reported false differences in scalar slots due to commas.
7173:	The settings file could get created with incorrect default settings.
7174:	In RPL, the Precision option on Numeric values was greyed out after a run.
7175:	In the Object Account Summary utility, account filters were lost when switching between objects.
