In the Heron Gain Loss object level accounting method, a dependency was added on the FederalSanJuan account Storage slot. This was necessary to re-execute the method on timesteps when the Heron Inflow method changes the Slot Inflows earlier in the month. This change will lead to different results particularly on the FederalSanJuan account Gain Loss slot. The accounting storages should now reconcile with the physical storage.

The following issues were addressed:

7179:	When printing RPL logic with Windows scaling greater than 100%, RPL expressions were cut off.
7193:	Applying a window layout did not properly size the Object Viewer.
7197:	Opening an Account Series Slot or Open Account window would open in the respective viewer even if was already open in its own window. Now, it is shown in its own window.
7199:	A crash occurred in the RPL predefined function SlotNameAndCol when called on a non-aggregate series slot.
7200:	In the Slot Viewer, Selection Statistics were incorrect under certain circumstances.
7205:	Some expression slot operations were incorrectly disabled when the expression was hidden.

In certain circumstances, a category was not included in the list of scenarios in the Scenario List Organizer and Scenario List Simulator.
