New RPL Functions

Two new predefined fucntions were added to RPL:

If either function is called from a context other than a rule or goal, it will return an error. For more information, see the documentation of these new functions within the RPL palette or RPL windows.

IMPORTANT: Usually, models are backward compatible across RiverWare versions within a patch release series; however, if you use either the RuleName or GoalName function, your model or RPL set will no longer be backward compatible with RiverWare 9.6 or RiverWare 9.6.1.
