Modeling Forecast Operations for the Tarrant Regional Water District: Developing a Mid-Term Forecast within RiverWare and Then Simulating How Water Managers Would React To It

Abstract: The RiverWare model for the Tarrant Regional Water District was enhanced to incorporate a 100-Trace MRM forecasting mode that would accomplish the dual task of making the best projection of the upcoming climate state and then simulating how water managers would utilize climate-based policies to react to it.
