The Help Desk provides assistance to RiverWare licensees for
Two hours of Help Desk support are added to initial license packages. Up to 5 additional hours may be purchased on request. The current price until June 30, 2026 is $150/hour.
Time is charged in 15 minute increments. Contact the Help Desk to request a report of your balance and history of usage of time.
