Slots
The following changes have been made to RiverWare slots.
Slot Export and Import Utility
A new utility was created to improve the process of moving slots from one model to another model. Previously, only entire objects could be exported and imported. Now, the new Export Slots and Import Slots utility can be used to export multiple slots from one model and import them into another model. Only the specified slots are exported, not all slots on the object, as shown on the screenshot in Figure 2.11. If the slots already exist in the destination model, the imported slots will overwrite those specified slots as shown in Figure 2.12. If the object does not exist in the destination model, it will be created, but will only contain data for the exported slots.
Tip: This tool was created explicitly to assist with merging models and copying updated versions of slots from one model to another. This new tool preserves references to the slots in plots, SCTs, DMIs, and scripts in the destination model.

Scalar Slots with Expression
All scalar slots with expression are now cleared at the begging of a run. See the important note Scalar Slots with Expression Clear at Beginning of Run.
Periodic Slot Lookup Interval Row Labels
For periodic slots configured to use Lookup, the row labels have been improved to make the lookup intervals more clear. Examples are shown below for a slot with a one-year period and irregular interval on the left and a one-day period with a regular hourly interval on the right. Model behavior has not changed. Only the row labels have changed.
