Configure horizontal timestep display
Use this procedure to configure the horizontal timestep orientation on the Series Slots tab. See Horz Time tab for details on these settings.
1. Go to the Series Slots tab.
2. In the SCT menu, select View, then Axis Orientation, then Timesteps Horizontal.
The SCT is displayed in horizontal timestep orientation.
3. On the SCT menu, select Config, then Horz Time.
The SCT Configuration window opens at the Horizontal Timestep Orientation Settings tab.
4. Specify the columns you want to include in the slot row header. Select a check box to include the column, or clear the check box to hide it.
– Slot Type icons—identifies the slot type of each slot.
– Scale and Units—identifies the unit type for each slot.
– Aggregation Summary Function—identifies the summary function assigned to each slot, and the information is displayed only when aggregated view is enabled.
5. Specify the information you want to include in the timestep column header. Select a check box to include the information, or clear the check box to hide it.
– Include Weekday—identifies the day of the week.
– Hide Hours if all “24:00”—uses 24-hour time.
6. Specify the divider columns you want to include in the display. Each divider appears as a thick line in a user-defined color.
You can select only one of the following check boxes:
– Draw 1-Hour Divider Columns
– Draw 4-Hour Divider Columns
• Draw 6-Hour Divider Columns
You can select any number of the following check boxes:
• Draw Day Divider Columns
• Draw Weekend Divider Columns
• Draw Month Divider Columns
• Draw Year Divider Columns
7. Select one of the following Slot Divider Rows options:
• Show Text—includes the user-defined label in the divider row. The height of the divider row is adjusted so there is enough room to fit the text.
• Thin—excludes the user-defined label from the divider row. The divider appears as a thin line with no text. This option is useful if you need to conserve vertical space.
8. Select one of the following Aggregation Detail Row Label Alignment options. This setting applies only to aggregated view using either Show/Hide Details or Show All Details.
• Left—makes the label text left-aligned.
• Right—makes the label text right-aligned.
9. Select Apply or OK to apply the settings to the SCT.
The SCT display is immediately updated.
