Many different timesteps are available for simulation. The currently selected timestep is shown on the Timestep menu (see Figure 5.2). When the Run Control dialog is invoked on an empty workspace, it has the default timestep value of 6 Hour. You must select the desired timestep before building a model. This facilitates data entry by initializing new objects to the desired run times.
