Meeting Logistics

Wednesday, August 26

Check-in begins at 8:15AM. The meeting runs from 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Lunch is included.

Thursday, August 27

Check-in begins at 8:00AM. The meeting runs from 8:30AM - 12:30PM.

Attending via Webinar

Join by zoom starting at 8:45 on August 26, and 8:15 on August 27. Registrants will receive a link via email prior to the meeting.
Zoom presenters will share their screens and control their presentation displays. Please test your audio in advance. Zoom attendees will ask questions and communicate by chat.
For quick-start instructions on attending a meeting, go to the Zoom help pages. Also look at the system requirements for using Zoom, and verify that your browser works by connecting to a test meeting.

The User Group Meeting venue has changed! It is now being held at the Williams Village Community Center Multi-Purpose Room on the CU Boulder campus.

Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield (13351 W. Midway Blvd, Broomfield CO 80020) has offered our User Group Meeting attendees a special rate of $135 plus 9.75% tax. A daily hot breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price. The hotel is 9.2 miles from the Williams Village Community Center and an approximate a 15-30 minute drive via US-36 W.

CU Bolder Preferred Hotel Program

Many local hotels participate in the Preferred Hotel Program and offer rates that are lower than what is typically available at these properties. Attendees should compare standard listed rates to the discounted ones offered to CU. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is the hotel nearest to the Williams Village Community Center.

Presentations should be no more than 20 minutes in length, including a few minutes for questions and answers at the end.
