There will be a lunch break on August 26 and shorter breaks throughout both days.

Attending in Person

• Check-in begins at 8:15 on August 26 and 8:00 on August 27.
• Lunch will be provided on August 26. Coffee and snacks will be provided during the breaks on both days.
• Campus parking is included with registration.

A social gathering is being planned for after the meeting on Wednesday evening. Stay tuned for more details.

Attending via Webinar

• Join by zoom starting at 8:45 on August 26, and 8:15 on August 27. Registrants will receive a link via email prior to the meeting.
• Zoom presenters will share their screens and control their presentation displays. Please test your audio in advance. Zoom attendees will ask questions and communicate by chat.
• For quick-start instructions on attending a meeting, go to the Zoom help pages. Also look at the system requirements for using Zoom, and verify that your browser works by connecting to a test meeting.

Presentation suggestions:

• Modeling techniques to solve particularly challenging problems. The more technical, the better!
• Uses of RiverWare within frameworks, operations systems, and other tools
• Impactful or high-profile applications that show how the tools are being used
• Demonstrations of using RiverWare to accomplish a particular task or workflow
• Novel analysis or visualization techniques
• Take a look at previous UGM presentations for more ideas/inspiration.

To submit an abstract, email riverware-support@colorado.edu with:

1. Title of presentation
2. Name of presenter(s) and other author(s), including their affiliations
3. A brief abstract

Presentations are typically 20 minutes in length, including a couple of minutes for Q&A at the end. We will consider requests for longer presentations.

CU Bolder Preferred Hotel Program

Many local hotels participate in the Preferred Hotel Program and offer rates that are lower than what is typically available at these properties.
